Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for processing payroll accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining strict confidentiality. The ideal candidate has experience with payroll systems, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Process payroll using ADP, ensuring accurate timekeeping and wage calculations
  • Review and audit payroll data including hours worked, bonuses, deductions, and adjustments
  • Maintain payroll records and employee earnings/deduction histories in ADP
  • Prepare weekly and monthly payroll reports
  • Support payroll audits by providing documentation as needed
  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and email management
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial information
  • Provide professional internal customer service to employees and vendors

Requirements
  • Previous payroll processing experience
  • Hands-on experience with ADP payroll systems
  • Knowledge of UKG payroll system
