Job description


The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and clerical support related tasks to the accounting department.  Experience and knowledge in accounting is required.          

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform detailed data entry and process accounts payable.
  • Process intercompany receivables and bank deposits.  
  • Assist in payroll processing and data entry using ADP payroll processing software.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects as assigned from the Chief Financial Officer simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.  
  • Prepare, review, and organize financial reports and/or other miscellaneous documents and reports using Sage accounting software. 
  • Record and post accounts receivables and payments.
  • Manage H S A tracking spreadsheet.
  • Manage lease contracts and medical equipment contracts, compare invoices, etc.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Chief Financial Officer.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and as a part of a team.

 

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Prefer accounting degree or 5 years equivalent experience.   Strong knowledge of computers and all Microsoft Office Programs.
