    Job description

    You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (MAINTENANCE DATA) in the MAINTENANCE SYSTEM, SCHEDULING AND ANALYSIS BRANCH (CODE 433), MAINTENANCE DATA MANAGEMENT DIVISION (CODE 430), ENGINEERING AND PLANNING DEPARTMENT (CODE 400) of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY.Qualifications:GS-11
    Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
    Naval Maintenance Expertise and practical experience in: Submarine Systems of submarine systems and equipment, their interdependencies, and maintenance requirements technical specifications, drawings, and maintenance procedures. Maintenance Management Information Systems (MIS) utilizing and interpreting data from Navy MDS, PMS, and other relevant platforms. Data structures, reporting requirements, and system integration points. Maintenance Programs and Policies governing maintenance programs, including the 3M system, JFMM, and applicable instructions and directives. Automated Data Processing (ADP) Mastery. Expert-level understanding of ADP principles and their specific application to submarine systems and equipment information management. This includes Data Modeling designing, developing, and maintaining databases and data structures that effectively organize and represent complex maintenance-related information. Data Mining and Analysis extracting meaningful insights from large datasets using advanced analytical techniques and software tools. Information Systems Security cybersecurity best practices for access control, data encryption, and vulnerability management, to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical submarine maintenance data.

    Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
    Independently collect, verify, and analyze data from the Navy Maintenance Database (MDS) and related systems to identify trends, forecast workloads, and support availability planning. Conduct initial reconciliation of maintenance requirements, including elements of the Current Ship's Maintenance Project (CSMP), and assists in validating Initial Repair Work Package (IRWP) call-downs. Prepare draft sections of Repair Work Package (R WP) documentation and develop detailed statistical reports, workload analyses, and spreadsheets with minimal supervisory oversight. Identify discrepancies in maintenance data or schedules and recommend corrective actions to resolve routine issues. Modification to databases, spreadsheets, and reporting formats to increase efficiency. Develop more advanced Word documents such as draft availability reports, statistical summaries, and technical narratives with minimal supervisory editing.
