D2 Government Solutions is seeking a full time qualified candidate for MOTT Training Instructor - CNAP at our Commander, Naval Air Forces Pacific location, Sand Diego, CA.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver conventional ordnance training to fleet units in support of Pacific Fleet operations.
  • Conduct classroom and hands-on instruction using approved course materials and training aids.
  • Support curriculum updates, lesson improvements, and technical training documentation.
  • Coordinate with command personnel to prepare for scheduled training visits and student throughput.
  • Document training completion, trip results, and follow-up actions accurately and on time.
  • Promote safe training execution and reinforce security procedures during instruction.
  • Support mission travel to ships, bases, and other assigned training locations.
Qualifications
  • Prior instructor or teaching experience in military weapons, ordnance, or related technical training.
  • Experience with curriculum updates or computer-based training support.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with government customers and team members.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe tools.
  • Ability to travel and work in shipboard or operational settings.
