Job description

Duties and Responsibilities (to include but not be limited to the following):

  • Assignment as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for processing required travel documentation.
  • Schedule travel to include travel itineraries, hotel, transportation, and ensure that vouchers are submitted in a timely fashion for settlement of the traveler's expenses.
  • Tracking team travel and ensuring Trip Reports are filled out and stored properly.
  • Develop, submit, and track purchase requisitions and purchase orders from beginning until delivery.
  • Input Purchase Requisitions into procurement system after receiving contract funding actions following local purchase request policies.
  • Assist with Requests for Reimbursement.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records.
  • Maintain SharePoint sites and track Travel Requests, Overtime Requests, and Trip Reports
  • Prepare notes or after-action summaries and track actions items.
  • Meeting Coordination, including handling logistics, (e.g., invitations, booking conference rooms, etc.)
  • Provide administrative support to Program Manager and perform ad hoc tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Program.

Required Skills:

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-5 years administrative experience
  • Must be self-motivated and work well on a team
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and set priorities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Applicant must be proficient with Microsoft Office products

  • Desired skills in SAP Concur.
  • Ability to effectively interact with personnel at all levels in a dynamic work environment.
