We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Admissions Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will help facilitate the admissions process for new residents while providing excellent customer service to families, referral sources, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the admissions process, including coordinating tours and gathering required documentation
  • Support timely completion of admission paperwork and communication between departments
  • Communicate with families, referral sources, and staff to ensure a smooth admission experience
  • Conduct tours for prospective residents and families
  • Maintain contact with referral sources and assist with facility marketing efforts
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and questions related to admissions and facility services
  • Coordinate visits and meetings for prospective residents
  • Assist the Admissions Director with planning and preparing for new resident admissions

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
