POSITION SUMMARY:

Provides administrative leadership and support to all sales staff in all locations and general ย assistance to customers.

Essential Position Functions/Responsibilities:
  • Register warranties for new trucks, both standard and extended.
  • Reconcile warranty schedule.
  • Register new trucks into TruckTechPlus.
  • Backup other administrative positions as needed.
  • Review and code vendor invoices prior to sending to A/P.
  • Run credit card transactions and post in CDK.
  • Review sales invoices prior to submitting to customers for payment to ensure accuracy.
  • Processes all title work and distributes paperwork and/or plates to customers when necessary.
  • Inventory maintenance including file set-up, receiving and maintaining titles and other necessary documents.
  • Assists in maintaining inventory photos and website updates.
  • Other business requirements that are needed in conjunction with other truck sales support staff

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Administrative support experience within an auto or truck dealership
  • Licensing and titling certification required by end of first year in position
  • Excellent phone skills
  • General PC knowledge for daily practical use
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Problem solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
