Experienced Administrative Professionals- we need your organizational and office management skills to fill a role in a fast paced behavioral health office!
RHA Behavioral Health is looking for motivated, detail oriented operations leaders with the ability to multitask to join our team as an Administrative Supervisor. In this dynamic role you supervise all administrative, insurance, medical records, and office functions and ensure they are handled in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities


As an Administrative Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and conducting a variety of functions within the office, to ensure healthy performance and excellent provision of services.


Additional responsibilities of the Administrative Supervisor include:

  • Supervises and trains personnel involved in administrative roles - front desk, insurance verification, medical records, etc.
  • Coordinates data and reporting - utilizing tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and our electronic medical records system, you will run and interpret various reports and data in order to analyze the unit's performance
  • Conduct regular quality assurance measures
  • Coordinate closely with clinical and administrative teams in order to provide high quality services to consumers in a positive and efficient manner
  • Assists with services authorizations
  • Supervises all administrative operations

Successful candidates of the Administrative Supervisor role are able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast paced business office while ensuring operational goals and objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
Additional requirements of the Administrative Supervisor role include:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Insurance verification and healthcare administration experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid Driver's license and automotive insurance
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Pre-employment screening:

  • Complete criminal background
  • Name checked in the registries. (OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities)
  • Drug testing
  • Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements.
  • Proof of employment history or references (if required)
  • Positions that require driving Proof of driver's license, driver's insurance, and vehicle, IF required for providing transportation for individuals.
