THE OPPORTUNITY

This is an entry-level role built for someone early in their career — a recent grad, or anyone one or two years out who is ready to trade in their first job for a real one. No industry experience required. We need someone sharp, organized, and hungry to learn.
You'll start by mastering the fundamentals of our office: answering phones, greeting walk-ins, managing our project software, tracking orders, and handling shipping/receiving. As you prove yourself, there's a clear path to grow into a full Customer Service Rep / Inside Sales role — quoting projects, managing client accounts, and driving revenue for the center.
We train thoroughly through FASTSIGNS International University plus hands-on training, working alongside our sales staff, project managers, general manager, and owner.
Every type of business uses signs and graphics — in ways you haven't even noticed yet. Look around. See the opportunity on every surface. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED — we will train you!
WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • First point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email customers
  • Learn and manage our project/order tracking software
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and KPI tracking
  • Support the sales, design, and production/install teams
  • Manage shipping, receiving, and order queues
  • Keep our store email organized and responsive
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Fast learner who juggles priorities without dropping the ball
  • Comfortable talking with people in person, on the phone, and in writing
  • Driven to grow — this is a launching pad, not a dead end
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
GROWTH & TRAINING

This is a fantastic professional growth opportunity. We provide the training and tools for upward mobility, and our track record speaks for itself — some of our best team members started in this exact seat with zero industry experience and grew into key roles on our team.
SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION

Monday–Friday, standard business hours. Competitive hourly pay based on experience, paid bi-weekly.
BENEFITS
  • We pay 50% of your Health and Dental insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • 6 paid Holidays
  • Room to grow — real career path, not just a job
