Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the business. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and internal team members, helping maintain organized processes and professional communication across the company. Administrative Assistant Duties:
o Be the first point of contact in person, over the phone, and via email, providing excellent customer service and professional communication
o Use Microsoft Suite, Spectrum ERP, and other technology platforms to support daily operations
o Assist with bookkeeping activities, including scanning bills to the payroll department
o Help plan and execute company celebrations such as monthly lunches and the end-of-year party, including running occasional errands using a personal vehicle

Schedule:
o Day Shift
o Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Pay: $21-$25 per hour

Administrative Assistant Requirements:
o At least one year of experience in an administrative assistant or office management role
o Exceptional customer service skills and professional, friendly communication
o Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft applications, especially Excel
