Paralegal

This is a boutique family law practice with offices located in the north end of Columbus. They need an experienced legal administrative assistant who will help with a variety of projects that will include aiding in trial preparation, attending meetings, hearings, depositions, and other events as needed, assisting in the preparation and review of discovery managing client matters and providing legal services by drafting documents from existing office templates and filing documents. They need a candidate who has solid computer skills, prior experience in a legal office and preferred is experience in family law. Any paralegal knowledge is helpful, They have a very positive, collaborative environment. The main attorney is well know for her charitable legal work. Up tp $65K to start. This is an excellent firm!


Executive Administrative Assistant

This is a nationally known and respected organization with spectacular offices located on the west side. Easy access from Hilliard, Dublin, Worthington and all north end areas of Columbus. They need an experienced Administrative Assistant who has solid work history and computer skills with Word and Excel. Responsibilities will involve providing assistance to their Executive Vice President-Supply Chain, Vice President-Manufacturing, and Vice President-Logistics, Responsibilities will include scheduling and coordination of meetings, business conferences, programs, Supply Chain executive team business travel, editing reports and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint and other desktop software. Assemble highly confidential and time-sensitive information for Executive Business Leaders and other administrative tasks as assigned. They are looking for a talented, promotable administrative associate who has excellent communication skills, oral and written. Prior experience assisting executives and a positive, "how can I help" attitude are required.
