Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant Atlanta, GA 4+ Months Provides varied and advanced level administrative and support services to the Department of AIM. Welcomes and directs visitors; maintains designated calendars for conference rooms; sorts and distributes mail; prepares, reviews, distributes, and/or files routine correspondence, memoranda, letters and reports; attends staff and other meetings. Provides primary support to department's Executive Leader(s) as directed. Participates in the development and implementation of department initiatives and carries out special projects of an administrative or office operations nature; serves on interdepartmental teams for process improvement or other tasks. May be required to answers calls, responds to general phone, email, or written inquires and maintain department records and files. Works under general supervision. May work independently or with other workers with responsibility for completion of assigned tasks.

Scheduling can be flexible for this position with Monday-Friday being 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with 1/2 hour lunch break.
