Exempt Salary: $37,440 - $43,680

Xtreme Solutions Inc. (XSI) is seeking a responsible professional Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal person for the job will be a problem solver with excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. The ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential to the position.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct administrative support to senior leaders, including email, and spreadsheets.
  • Plan, organize, schedule meetings organize and make travel arrangements.
  • Calendar scheduling correspondence, and setup Microsoft Teams meetings.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and face to face.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports and prepare and monitor invoices.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Review and maintain written and computer files, plus conduct data entry.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of special projects, meetings, and training.
