Job description

National law firm seeks a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant/Data Specialist for our Washington

Township (Long Valley) office. Our practice is exclusively limited to federal matters involving veterans

and their dependents anywhere worldwide. This is an hourly position.

Pay: $20 - $25/ hour (based on experience).

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years experience in an office administrative role
  • Prior experience as a data entry processor will also be considered
  • Solid analytical skills and robust attention to detail
  • Strong computer and technology skills
  • Skillset to manage processing a large volume of incoming/outgoing mail efficiently and accurately
  • Extraordinary organizational skills and the ability to consistently follow office procedures
  • Ability to get along with co-workers and management

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately scan and convert all incoming/outgoing mail to electronic files
  • Associate all electronic files to their corresponding case file
  • Administer incoming and outgoing facsimile workflow
  • Master Pitney Bowes postal shipping/mailing meter
  • Prepare and mail firm’s Legal Advertisements to potential clients
