Job description

The Marketing Administrative Analyst at Aircraft Spruce and Specialty plays a vital role in supporting multiple departments through vendor research, product onboarding, and managing and evaluating digital marketing assets. This position directly impacts company sales and inventory management while working closely with the marketing team to meet organizational goals. Based in Corona, California, and reporting to the Marketing Manager, the analyst supports e-commerce efforts using content management system (CMS) and other proprietary tools.

 Job Responsibilities

  • Identify potential vendors and evaluate new or comparable products for Purchasing, Sales, and Avionics departments
  • Collect and review vendor setup information including product specifications, POP materials, digital assets, and credit details
  • Manage orderly filing and maintenance of digital and print media using spreadsheets and physical systems
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize marketing tracking data and trends to support decision-making
  • Participate in educational opportunities to continuously update job knowledge
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure departmental and company goals are achieved

Required Skills:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience in an e-commerce and/or marketing role.
  • Experience with Photoshop and/or Website Artwork Usability
  • Background in Website / E-commerce layouts driving key metrics such as bounce rates and click throughs.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; additional language a plus
  • Good experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office products including Outlook and Word
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Lifelong learner with interest in acquiring new skills and techniques
