Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Capital Markets experience to work closely with business users, trading/operations teams, technology teams, and other stakeholders. The role focuses on analyzing business requirements, supporting trading and investment platforms, improving processes, and translating business needs into functional/technical requirements.
 
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements.
Analyze Capital Markets, Trade Lifecycle, and IBOR processes.
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
Perform SQL/data analysis and gap analysis.
Support UAT, testing, and defect resolution.
Collaborate with business and technology teams.
Participate in Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence activities.
 
Required Skills
Strong Capital Markets domain knowledge.
Experience with Derivatives and/or other financial instruments.
Strong understanding of Trade Lifecycle.
Experience with IBOR – Investment Book of Record.
Strong SQL skills for data analysis.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
