Seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Capital Markets and IBOR (Investment Book of Record) expertise to work closely with business and technology teams on investment management and asset servicing initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, supporting IBOR platforms, and driving successful project delivery.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Capital Markets and Investment Management.
  • Good understanding of IBOR (Investment Book of Record) concepts, holdings, positions, cash, and portfolio data.
  • Knowledge of trade lifecycle, investment operations, and reconciliation processes.
  • Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with State Street Alpha, Charles River, Aladdin, SimCorp, or Eagle platforms.
  • Knowledge of Equities, Fixed Income, ETFs, Mutual Funds, and Derivatives.
  • SQL and data analysis experience.
