Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the contract negotiation process from start to finish, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine contract requirements, terms, and conditions, and successfully implement contracts.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to protect the company's interests.
- Review and analyze contract performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to optimize contract outcomes.
- Develop and present contract metrics to the field sales organization senior leadership team and internal senior leadership (i.e. V.P of Sales, Director of Sales, Finance and Director of Marketing).
- Lead product launches, marketing programs, and product discontinuation activities, providing subject matter expertise in the area of contract management and execution.
- Lead a team of two or more direct reports and/or managed services.
- Stay updated on current industry trends and effective methods to continuously enhance contract management processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.
- Ensures personnel adhere to Company compliance with all Federal, State, local, and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Responsible for ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition.
