DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a full time Billing/Administration Support Representative at our office in Tempe, Arizona. This is a great opportunity for a detail oriented, organized individual to join a team of dedicated professionals. This role will perform billing functions as well as other administrative and customer service job responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Verify and process daily invoices using ERP systems
  • Provide a variety of administrative support tasks across the department
  • Ensure job labor is billed correctly on each job ticket
  • Audit job costs entered in the billing system
  • Understand production goals and month end processing requirements
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements:
  • Must have strong attention to detail and customer service skills
  • Need to be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
  • Prior billing/office experience and work within an ERP system is preferred
