Job description

Job Requirements

Experienced Caregiver

Proficient Office Administrator

Must possess a current Arizona driving license, a vehicle with current insurance and registration, and ability to drive both on freeways and side roads.


Will oversee the day to day administration of the office

Will conduct monitoring and supervisory visits to member's homes

Will be responsible for attending to staff concerns and any field matters

Will be experienced in using Microsoft Excel and Word at the barest minimum. Proficiency in any other Microsoft product will be a plus. Cares for elderly, disabled, convalescent or handicapped at individual's home or day-program.

General Accountabilities
-Assists with daily activities at individual's home.
-Performs tasks including but not limited to making beds, doing laundry, preparing meals, washing dishes, ironing, cleaning, bathing, dressing, etc.
-Purchases and prepares meals and groceries for individual. Helps patient up and down stairs, in and out of bed, etc.
-Administers oral medication written under doctor prescription.
-Accompanies ambulatory patients outside of home.
-Entertains patient by reading, talking, listening to individual, upon request.
-Educated family about status/health of individual being cared for.

Job Qualifications
Education: Minimum requirement is High School Diploma.
Experience: At least 2 years of related experience is desired.
