Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Hybrid Remote (3 Days On Site in Tempe, AZ or Chandler, AZ/ 2 Remote)

$25- $29 Hourly Based On Experience

Must Haves:

  • 3+ Years of Administrative Assistant
  • Ability to schedule vendor appointments
  • Data Analysis (MS Excel)
  • Customer centric mindset
  • Sense of urgency and Time management
  • Vendor relationship management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with team leadership, Retail partners, Landlords, Vendors


Plusses:

  • Associate / bachelorโ€™s degree


Day to Day:

Work with local leaders and vendors to provide urgent repair and maintenance services for all company locations.

When required, in additional to existing suppliers & vendors on company systems, identify and source reliable suppliers/vendors for various services, supplies, materials, and equipment needed by the organization.

Maintain accurate records of work orders including service date and signed confirmation of work completion on the company Repair and Maintenance System

Provide support in store openings including but not exclusive of finding vendors to make the store ready for opening.

Provide administration support in marketing initiatives to bring more traffic to stores

  • Provide administration support to expansion and infrastructure team and other tasks assigned
