The Role
The CHS Associate Manager will be responsible for contract tracking, follow-up, and processes. They will lead business operations administration projects and manage RACIs across the organization.
• Contract tracking involves regular reviews with the legal department to ensure alignment and to reconcile any differences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast projections.
• Admin projects include onboarding schedules for new hires and new CRM hotels.
• Support equipment / IT ticketing, system access requests, job descriptions, postings, and surveys.
• Manage centralized announcements, which include open enrollment, award nominations timeline, IBGs, birthdays, and anniversaries.
• Build and maintain presentations utilizing Central Hotel Services dashboards, data, and analytics.
