We are looking for an organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to keep our day-to-day office operations running smoothly.

Position Summary

As our Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our daily office activities. From coordinating customer sample requests to managing documentation, phone calls, and emails, your work will directly support our sales and logistics teams. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love keeping things organized, we would love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Sample Management: Package, label, track, and send spice samples to prospective and existing clients.
  • Document Handling: Organize, file, and update invoices, shipping documents, product spec sheets, and inventory logs.
  • Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, respond to customer emails promptly, and relay messages to internal teams.
  • Office Coordination: Maintain office supplies, assist with basic data entry, and perform general admin tasks to support management.
  • Customer Support: Provide friendly, professional assistance to wholesale clients regarding order inquiries and sample statuses.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 1-2+ years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience (wholesale/distribution background is a plus!).
