Waters Edge Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and driven Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
This leadership role (also known as Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Executive Director, Post-Acute Administrator, or Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator) is responsible for overseeing all operational, clinical, and financial functions. The right candidate will bring strong people-leadership skills, operational insight, and a passion for providing exceptional long-term care.
Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage all daily operations of the skilled nursing facility.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Lead and mentor department heads and staff to achieve excellence in quality care and resident satisfaction.
  • Partner with clinical, financial, and HR leaders to drive census growth and operational success.
  • Maintain survey readiness and ensure adherence to CMS guidelines.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners.
