Position Summary

The Nursing Home Administrator provides executive leadership for all clinical, operational, financial, regulatory, and customer service functions of the facility. This leader is responsible for driving quality outcomes, employee engagement, census growth, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and an outstanding experience for residents and families.

Responsibilities

Lead all daily operations of the skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

Provide leadership and direction to department heads and interdisciplinary teams.

Maintain compliance with all federal, state, CMS, and local regulatory requirements.

Ensure survey readiness and support quality improvement initiatives.

Drive occupancy, admissions, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.

Manage budgets, financial performance, labor management, and operational efficiency.

Develop, coach, and retain high-performing leaders and staff.

Build strong relationships with residents, families, referral partners, physicians, hospitals, and the surrounding community.

Promote a culture focused on accountability, compassion, teamwork, and excellence.

Qualifications

Current Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) License required.

Successful leadership experience as a Nursing Home Administrator, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Executive Director, or Administrator in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care setting.

Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, reimbursement, survey processes, quality measures, budgeting, and healthcare operations.

Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Passion for resident-centered care and team development.
