Job description

Administrative Assistant

Schedule: Monday Thursday, 6:00 AM 4:30 PM

Pay: $15 $18 per hour, DOE

Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. This position will involve answering phones, entering estimates using Romac Software, assisting with inventory through Powertab, managing filing for accounts payable, and sending out approval drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Input estimates using Romac Software
  • Assist with inventory tracking using Powertab Software
  • File and organize documents for accounts payable
  • Send approval drawings to customers
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Familiarity with steel or metal fabrication industry is a must
  • Comfortable using business software (Romac and Powertab experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
