Grow Your IT Career.We're looking for a motivated IT Help Desk / Junior Systems Administrator who loves technology, enjoys solving problems and is ready to expand their skills beyond traditional Help Desk support.This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career IT professional or recent IT graduate looking to gain hands-on experience across desktop support, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, cybersecurity, ERP systems, infrastructure and systems administration. You'll be a go-to technology resource for employees while working alongside experienced IT professionals and gaining exposure to the systems and infrastructure that keep our manufacturing operations running.What You'll DoAs an IT Help Desk / Junior Systems Administrator, you'll provide Tier 1 technical support while developing your systems administration skills through hands-on experience, projects and mentorship. Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include:Provide Tier 1 support for computers, mobile devices, printers, software, network connectivity, accounts and other technology.Configure, image, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, password resets and access management.Assist with technology onboarding, transfers and separations, including equipment and account setup.Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, application, connectivity and access issues.Support Macola, IFS, and other ERP and business applications.Gain hands-on exposure to Windows Server, networking, security, software deployment and infrastructure technologies.Assist with troubleshooting TCP/IP connectivity and other network technologies.Document Help Desk tickets, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, equipment changes and technical procedures.Help maintain hardware and software inventory, asset tracking and equipment lifecycle records.Recognize and escalate cybersecurity concerns such as phishing, malware, unauthorized access and other security risks.Assist with technology projects, system implementations, upgrades, migrations, testing and deployments.Develop entry-level System Administrator and Business Analyst skills under the mentorship of senior IT staff.Participate in on-call support and travel between company locations when needed.Other duties as required.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is technically curious, customer-focused, resourceful and eager to learn.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or related field preferred; equivalent education, certifications and experience considered.One (1)+ year of Help Desk, desktop support, technical support, systems administration or related IT experience preferred.Recent graduates with relevant IT education and demonstrated technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.A+, Network+, Microsoft or similar industry certifications are a plus.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows desktop operating systems.Familiarity with Windows Server environments and Active Directory.Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls and the OSI model.Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.Exposure to PowerShell, Bash, Python, Linux, macOS or ERP systems is a plus.Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to explain technology to users with different levels of technical experience.Strong documentation and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Desire to continuously learn new technologies and grow into broader IT responsibilities.Ability to work well in a diverse environment.Additional Requirements:Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility as required by federal law.Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.Ensuring the safety of our employees and compliance with industry regulations is our top priority.
