Phelps Uniform Specialists is a family-owned and operated company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin to join our Production Team.

In this role, you'll play an important part in supporting our sales team and customer accounts through order processing, web store management, data entry, purchasing support, and customer service. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will help ensure a smooth customer experience and efficient day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain and update customer web stores.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform data entry and maintain customer and account records.
  • Assist with purchasing activities and vendor communications.
  • Support accounts receivable and customer account inquiries.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist customers as needed.
