POSITION SUMMARY: Provides accurate and timely support to the lending area for all loan types while ensuring applicable policies, procedures, and regulations are being followed. Some Interaction with internal and external customers is expected to provide an exceptional customer experience at all times.PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:ACCOUNTABILITY 1: Responsible for accurate and timely booking and funding of new loans, as well as completing renewals and making other documented changes to existing loans. This includes uploading loan information to the core banking system. This also includes tracking and follow-up on loan adjustments including but not limited to payment application and posting.ACCOUNTABILITY 2: Balances uncomplicated loan related general ledgers and internal accounts. Makes contacts to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.ACCOUNTABILITY 3: Ensures delivery of loan-related notices to customers. This includes scheduled items such as billing statements and annual escrow analysis statements, as well as as-needed items such as missing vehicle title notifications.ACCOUNTABILITY 4: Assists with account research and reports, filing, and scanning as needed at the direction of the Loan Operations Team Lead.ACCOUNTABILITY 5: Responsible for non-complex external and internal customer inquiries for loan questions, ensuring prompt and accurate problem resolution occurs to ensure excellent customer service.SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: •Actively seeks opportunities to strengthen ties between the Bank and the community, while maintaining a positive, professional, and respectful image of the Bank.•Other duties as assigned.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:•High school diploma or equivalent •One year previous computer skills, preferably including data entry •Proficient computer skills to include Word and Excel•Accurate with a strong attention to detail•Effective problem solving and decision making skills •Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities in a deadline oriented environment•Proficient verbal and written communication skills•Dependable•Customer service focus•The ability to contribute in a team environment, ensuring that departmental and individual goals are met•Courteous and professional•Desire and ability to abide by the Bank's core valuesPERFORMANCE MEASURES: •Job knowledge & skills to meet job expectations•Accuracy and timeliness of work•Ability to meet productivity standards•Communication & teamwork•Adherence to all applicable Bank policies & proceduresESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: •Position requires the individual to remember and recall processes, complete tasks independently, complete tasks that are time defined, learn new tasks or processes, and maintain focus.
