Our unique concepts specialize in pizza, chicken, salad and dessert buffet, as well as delivery and take out. Our franchise has grown steadily with over 200 locations in thirteen states. Reports to

Director of Human Resources

Purpose and Objective of Position:

Create administrative efficiency through enhanced communication, coordination, and support of our Pizza Ranch Inc departments.

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Develop, deliver, and support projects and reports for the Vision Department including:
  • Joe Gibbs event, Jamaica Service Trip, Bibles for Graduates, Barnabas Team, PR Serves Blog, Tulip Festival, Wildwood Hills Ranch partnership and service trip
  • Develop, deliver, and support projects and reports for the Training Department including:
  • Support the creation of content, tools, documents, and reports, and help with the execution of department initiatives.
  • Assembly and distribution of training supplies to restaurants
  • Admin Support for (New Restaurant Openings) NRO
  • Pizza Ranch University (PRU) administration and maintenance
  • Weekly Schedule Communication for the Training Dept.
  • Foundations Binders
  • PRU Data Analysis, Reporting, and Maintenance
  • RanchNet Administrator for Training
  • Tropical Sales Incentive Reporting
  • Training Department KPI and Scorecard Management
  • Foundations/Workshop Support
  • General support for the Part-Time Trainer program
  • Develop, deliver, and support projects and reports for the Human Resources/Central Administration Department including:
  • Being a secondary contact support for friendly & timely communication within PR Inc.
  • Support and preparation of company events, meetings, training sessions, webinars, etc.
  • National Conference support
  • Lead coordinator for travel and lodging for Support Center staff
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications, Skills, and/or Competencies:

 

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Administration; or relative job-related experience
  • Proficient in Office Software and Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to organize information physically and electronically, utilizing provided technology.
  • Ability to work independently and on a team.
