Job description

Overview
This employee is a broad coverage administrative professional. Duties include extensive data entry and record keeping processes in support of the department and employees. Assigned duties will evolve as directed by the HR Manager. Based on assigned duties, employees facing tasks will be required.
Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update and maintain internal databases and spreadsheets
  • Prepare HR documents
  • Process new hire information, request background checks, coordinate employee screens, and complete I9/E-Verification
  • Provide support in the talent acquisition process (e.g., applicant phone screen, scheduling appointments, administration of the applicant tracking system)
  • Provide support in the administration of employee benefits and partner with Payroll as needed to ensure the appropriate deductions/earnings are entered
  • Participate in HR projects, implementations, and initiatives
  • Assist employees in answering questions relating to practices, policies, benefits and other HR needs in a friendly and confidential manner
  • Assists with the planning and coordinating of various training programs and employee events
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Experience with HCM/HRIS and ATS systems preferred
  • Preference will be given to candidates with related experience
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish a plus
