Description
Springfield College is accepting applications for a part-time adjunct faculty to teach sections of ENGL 226: Creative Writing, an introductory course that exposes students to writing fiction, poetry, and creative nonfiction.
Compensation for adjunct faculty with fewer than 3 years college teaching experience is $2820
for a 3-credit course
Compensation for adjunct faculty with 3 or more years college teaching experience is $3513 for a
3-credit course.
Qualifications
Qualifications include a minimum of a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing (any genre), college teaching experience, and demonstrated creativity and flexibility in teaching students with varied preparation levels.
Must reside in one of the following states: MA, CT, WI, DE, TX, VT, FL
Availability on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons is required.
