Adapt for Life supports current students and past students by offering an Education Assistance Program to full-time employees, up to $2,000 per calendar year! Adapt for Life offers this benefit as either a tuition reimbursement for current students in an approved degree or certification program related to ABA therapy and behavioral health services or for student loan reimbursement.
Requirements
Responsibilities/essential functions:
1. Conduct and report on speech and language assessments for pediatric clients and design intervention treatment plans in an early intervention setting
2. Conduct and report on individualized speech and language intervention focused on developmentally appropriate skills
3. Collaborate on speech and language intervention progress and goals with parents/guardians
4. Assist in regular coaching and support to direct care staff implementing treatment protocols throughout a client's ABA day within a clinic setting
5. Write progress reports on individualized speech and language treatment plans (every 3-months) for each client and request authorization as directed
6. Complete re-evaluations yearly to document progress and continued eligibility
7. Provide home programming and parent training/coaching as applicable on a case-by-case basis
8. Provide oversight to cases, staff and family to make sure all company policies are followed, and that treatment is provided according to ethical and best standards of practice
9. Comply with organization, state and federal regulations set forth to include professional development, safety training, and confidentiality policies
10. Uphold a positive attitude and conduct yourself in a professional and ethical manner at all times
11. Participate in weekly professional meetings and team meetings including companywide trainings as designated by supervisor and organization
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  2. Indiana license in Speech-Language Pathology
  3. Current BLS/CPR certification issued by American Heart Association
  4. 2 years experience with pediatrics with variety of communication, language and dysphagia disorders
  5. Excellent organizational, time management, verbal and written skills
  6. Possess a Valid Driver's license
  7. Proficient with Microsoft suite
  8. Clear background check

9. Clear abuse registry check
10. Familiarity with documentation on Central Reach preferred
11. Experience working with a multidisciplinary team of professionals in a clinical environment preferred
Salary Description
$85,000+, depending on experience
