JOB TITLE: Lead Tech Product Manager

JOB LOCATION: 211 S Akard St, Dallas, TX 75202

DUTIES: Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver customer-centric software solutions and meet business objectives. Develop technical product vision and strategy by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Define and prioritize the technical product roadmap by collaborating

with cross functional teams, including business, architecture, UX, and other product managers. Define and communicate detailed software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Ensure technical product viability, desirability, and alignment with business goals by establishing criteria and monitoring product performance. Work on technical designs and identify and manage critical dependencies. Support trade-off discussions, negotiations, and alignment on feature prioritization, technical solutions, and timing with stakeholders. Ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience throughout the product lifecycle. Participate in sprint planning and support feature refinement by addressing questions and providing guidance as needed. Act as a subject matter expert and acknowledged authority within the organization for assigned product(s) or product line(s). Lead the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of enterprise and consumer-grade software products across digital platforms. Align cross-functional teams spanning engineering, design, legal, and business to ship features with measurable business outcomes. Translate market opportunities and user pain points into actionable product requirements. Own all phases of the product lifecycle-from backlog definition to go-to-market strategy, performance analytics, and iterative scaling for solutions that span AI, mobile/web UX, and cloud-based infrastructure. Champion the customer voice through structured feedback loops, CSAT, funnel analytics, and direct field engagement. Develop experimentation strategies and launch impactful features to drive boosts in user engagement and uplift in revenue. Launch high-velocity and cross-platform products across international markets and multiple industries using analytics tools including Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, and Data Studio to surface insights and drive feature iteration. Build customer-facing products with UX using tools including Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, and Keynote.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or 5 years of progressive, post- baccalaureate experience in a related occupation defining and prioritizing the technical product roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business, architecture, UX, and other product managers; ensuring technical product viability, desirability, and alignment with business goals by establishing criteria and monitoring product performance; working on technical designs and identifying and managing critical dependencies; participating in sprint planning and supporting feature refinement by addressing questions and providing guidance as needed; acting as a subject matter expert and acknowledged authority within the organization for assigned product(s) or product line(s); launching high-velocity, cross-platform products across international markets and multiple industries using analytics tools including Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, and Data Studio to surface insights and drive feature iteration; and building customer facing products with UX using tools including Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, and Keynote.
