JOB DESCRIPTION
The Vice President of Digital Ad Sales Finance is a high-impact, strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company's digital advertising sales forecasting across Fox Entertainment, Fox Sports, Fox News Media, and Fox Weather.
This individual will serve as the primary financial business partner to the SVP of Ad Sales Finance, Digital Sales leadership, and the Digital Yield team, providing data-driven insights and strategic financial counsel to maximize revenue in a fast-paced media landscape. The ideal candidate is a proactive, data-driven professional with deep experience in the digital media ecosystem.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead all aspects of financial planning, including the annual budget, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning for the digital ad sales organization
  • Act as a strategic financial advisor to the digital ad sales leadership team, providing expert guidance on financial performance, strategic growth opportunities, and resource allocation to drive sustainable and profitable growth
  • Prepare and present executive-level financial reporting for senior management
  • Maintain robust financial models for monthly revenue forecasting, identifying risks and opportunities across verticals; track key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance drivers to optimize commercial strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Research, Business Intelligence, and Inventory/Yield Management to enhance reporting infrastructure and data integrity
  • Identify ways to improve and streamline reporting across finance and sales
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team by aligning priorities and deliverables, driving accountability, and fostering a collaborative, results-oriented culture
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to deliver timely insights and strategies to sustain a competitive advantage

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in digital media, AdTech, and FP&A, with significant experience in a finance role directly supporting Finance and Sales
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive, resourceful self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Expert-level financial modeling skills, with the ability to distill complex commercial dynamics into clear and actionable insights
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
  • Experience with financial planning systems (e.g., Workday, Adaptive) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $206,000.00-282,500.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
