About the Team
The ad sales team is responsible for the advertising vision, development and growth of our largest advertising partnerships. This team was formed in 2021, and is seeking additional team members to build an industry-leading ads and promotions business across DoorDash's core categories. The growing DoorDash ads business will quickly become the single best place for merchants and brands to market to local customers, in an ecosystem that benefits all parties.
About the Role
As an Enterprise Associate - Ad Sales, you will manage, execute, and improve processes that accelerate growth of our ads and promotions offering and drive efficiency of our sales team. In this role, you will execute campaign contracts, setup, and billing while also analyzing reporting to drive campaign performance. You will work hand in hand with the Account Executive and clients to ensure seamless launch of all marketing campaigns. You will also work cross-functionally with account management, legal, revenue and accounting, and partner management teams to improve our tools and processes.

  • You have 2+ years of experience in Ad operations, Performance Marketing, Marketing Operations, Digital Advertising, or Sales Operations.
  • You have experience with Salesforce, Tableau, GSuite, and Slack

  • You are extremely organized, have exceptional attention to detail, and can balance multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously. You consistently meets deadlines and thoroughly follow process.

Compensation
Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for sales commission. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

  • For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
  • For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
