We are looking for a dynamic MARKETING ACCOUNT MANAGER / CEO Assistant rock star.
Being a start-up you will have to wear different hats managing our accounts and being the direct assistant to our CEO.
Looking for a motivated, dynamic marketing account manager with an agency background and experience in managing multiple SMB clients. This position is ideal for an experienced marketing account manager based in Los Angeles and looking to join a fun young-ish marketing team.

Duties:
  • Manage the implementation of marketing plans for client projects
  • Monitor ad campaign, analytics and online advertising strategies
  • Coordinate, monitor, and see the successful launch of projects
  • Communicate with clients, resolve issues and assure continuing progress on projects
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the management and assigned clients
  • Help manage leads and quotes systems
  • You are good at relationship building, as you will be interfacing heavily with agency staff, Board members, management, and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will manage a team overseas for fulfillment.
  • Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling and agenda management, documentation and minutes, booking travel, and managing communications.
  • Brief the CEO for events and meetings, compiling background information for daily scheduling demands.
  • Prioritize events and meetings on the CEO's calendar; help ensure effective use of the CEO's time.

Qualifications
  • Strong Experience with Facebook Ads
  • Experience using online marketing tools and software (Google Analytics, Google Ads)
  • Digital marketing experience including SEO, PPC, content strategy, and social media
  • EXCELLENT organizational skills - able to manage and track multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficient with spreadsheets (Excel, Sheets, Pivot Tables, VLookup, etc.)
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to get things done at a high-quality level
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to and manage stressful situations
  • A desire to learn and grow
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Funny or at least trying to be.

• Experience with CBD/Cannabis industry is a plus
• Graphic design skill is a plus. Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator preferred
• Be independent
• Experience with PR is a plus, experience with TikTok is a plus
• Being a harmonica player is huge plus but completely irrelevant to the job. We feel it just a big plus in life. We should all learn harmonica.
