Job description

Location:        The Pentagon, Washington, D.C.  

Clearance:      Secret

Education:     Bachelor's Degree

Outcomes:

The successful candidate is expected to accomplish the following outcomes in the first year on the position:

         Generate and provide administrative support for executive level products (ex. Slides, meeting minutes, strategic reports, etc.) using a suite of Microsoft products.

         Perform accurate, high quality, and timely work which leads to positive Government Performance Feedback.

Responsibilities:

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

The Headquarters United States Space Force (HQ USSF) and the Director of Staff (HQSF/DS) require assistance in organizational planning, implementation, maturation, and strengthening of the HQ Space Force. To further develop HQ USSF, the Director's Action Group (DAG) plans, integrates, and manages strategic initiatives and special projects for the Director of Staff. The Administrative Consultant will support these efforts by performing the following functions:

         Generate reports, briefings, and papers by consolidating and integrating responses to strategic initiatives, meetings and projects from across the Space Staff and subordinate units.

         Provide input to and management of digital dashboards, TEAMS channels, SharePoint, and other products.

         Provide administrative support and services to the Director of the Director's Action Group.

Qualifications:

The candidate must have the following qualifications:

         Secret security clearance

         Bachelor's degree 

         More than three (3) years of experience developing and refining executive-level products.

The following qualifications are desired:

         Experience working with Microsoft products and platforms (TEAMS), building presentations, providing input to and managing digital dashboards, Share Point.

         Experience compiling and consolidating reports into Executive Summaries, meeting minutes, etc.

         Ability to communicate effectively, concisely and coherently with senior leaders.
