Summary:
Enhances the operational flow of the assigned practice/medical service at the main campus satellites, and affiliated community partners. Performs a variety of duties to support the department and assigned faculty members. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.
Qualifications:
Required: High school graduate or passage of a high school equivalency exam. Minimum three years of relevant experience. Proficient PC skills with Word, Excel, Access, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint and the Internet. Excellent writing and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service skills. Demonstrated organizational skills, communication skills and problem solving. Ability to work independently within a team environment.
