What are Acrobats?

Acrobats are performers who demonstrate feats of balance, agility, and coordination, often as part of circus acts, stage shows, or live entertainment. Their routines may include tumbling, flips, aerial stunts, balancing acts, and partner lifts. Acrobats train extensively to develop strength, flexibility, and precision, working both individually and as part of a team. They perform in various venues, including circuses, theaters, theme parks, and sometimes even on television.
