Job Summary:
Acrisure is seeking an Insurance Solutions Manager to support and enhance strategic partnerships across the Vave wholesale insurance platform. This role serves as the connection between wholesale insurance operations, underwriting, technology, and client-facing teams, helping partners maximize the value of Vave's underwriting portal while delivering an exceptional user experience.
The Insurance Solutions Manager will support insurance partners by troubleshooting issues, resolving platform questions, coordinating product enhancements, and helping clients successfully utilize Vave's technology. Working closely with underwriting, product, analytics, and development teams, this individual will help improve platform functionality while ensuring partners receive responsive, knowledgeable support.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in the wholesale insurance industry who understands how producers, agents, brokers, and underwriters interact throughout the underwriting process. Technical experience is beneficial, but candidates with strong insurance knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and an interest in technology are encouraged to apply.
This is a remote position. Candidates should be comfortable working Central or Eastern Time business hours.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Vave platform partners, supporting day-to-day questions, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform adoption
  • Build strong relationships with wholesale insurance partners by providing responsive, knowledgeable support
  • Assist with onboarding new partners and supporting successful implementation of the Vave platform
  • Investigate reported issues, coordinate resolution efforts, and communicate updates to clients throughout the process
  • Collaborate with underwriting, product, analytics, and development teams to improve platform functionality and user experience
  • Gather client feedback and communicate product enhancement opportunities to internal stakeholders
  • Become a subject matter expert on Vave underwriting products, platform capabilities, and partner workflows
  • Monitor platform usage trends and identify opportunities to improve client adoption and operational efficiency
  • Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing guidance to platform users
  • Manage multiple client requests, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned

Requirements
  • 2+ years of insurance industry experience required
  • Wholesale insurance, MGA, brokerage, underwriting, or carrier experience highly beneficial
  • Understanding of commercial insurance workflows involving producers, agents, brokers, and underwriters
  • Strong relationship-building and customer support skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and coordinate solutions across multiple teams
  • Interest in insurance technology and digital underwriting platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with insurance portals, agency management systems, underwriting platforms, or similar technology beneficial
  • Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or other technical tools beneficial but not required

Education and Licenses
  • Bachelor's degree beneficial
  • Insurance designations, technical certifications, or additional industry training beneficial

Pay Details:
The base compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
