Job description

We are now hiring for a full-time registered nurse (RN) (which is titled as a " Case Manager Nurse") to provide health care and support to individuals with disabilities living in ACR's residential group homes and senior living homes. This role entails oversight and management of medical care for a case load on average of ~24-32 residents during business hours M-F, with rotating and flexible on-call, receivin g and coordinating m edical updates and questions for all residents and the ability to work remotely on some days. This role is an opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with clients and members of their support team, while also working with a great close knit team of other nurses supporting some exceptional individuals! A large part of this job also entails interacting and helping train new hires on being great care givers to the people we support

starting at $72,500/year+
$3000 bonus ($1000 at training completion + $2000 6 months from training completion)

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
  • Valid nursing license (RN) or ability to obtain nursing license in next few months (for example, an upcoming graduate)
  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must have a valid U.S. driver's license, reliable transportation and a good driving record
  • You must be able to do some lifting
  • You must be able to work independently and you must have interpersonal skills including empathy, responsibility, self-control, good judgment, and overall adjustment
  • You must be able to see, hear, speak, interact, and write in English sufficiently to perform the essential functions of the position
  • Full-time employees must work at least 38 hours per week
