Credence has an immediate need for a senior-level Acquisition Program Management Professional to support the Weapons Superiority Division, AFLCMC/EBU, at Robins AFB, GA. The Weapons Superiority Division is responsible for the development, acquisition, and sustainment of a broad portfolio of weapons systems, including the Department of Defense's pre-eminent air-to-air weapon, the AIM-120 Advanced Medium Range Air-to-Air Missile (AMRAAM).Â
The Weapons Superiority Program Office manages a diverse portfolio of Air-to-Air Missile and Specialized Management Programs that develop, produce, and sustain critical capabilities for U.S. warfighters and foreign military customers. These programs include advanced, high-impact, and highly classified armament technologies designed to meet joint Air Force and Navy warfighter requirements. Supported systems include, but are not limited to, AMRAAM, High-speed Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM) Targeting System (HTS), AIM-9X and AIM-9M, ADM-160 Miniature Air-Launched Decoy Missile (MALD), and AGM-88 HARM.Â
In addition, AFLCMC/EBU is responsible for launcher programs, the Reliability Asset Monitoring (RAM) program supporting missile systems, and legacy weapon systems, including Small Arms, SOF/PR, Fighter and Bomber Bomb Racks, Aircraft Guns, Small and Medium Caliber Ammunition, and the Tactical Missile Technical Coordination Group (TMTCG). EBU also provides support to other EB divisions to assist with program transitions.
This job is onsite at Robins AFB, GA.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the duties listed below:
- Maintain requirements traceability and develop required reports and analyses to facilitate updates to existing CDDs and CPDs as required by senior Government decision makers.
- Employ CBA data visualization and editing tools to create JCIDS products and maintain a persistent data model, reducing the need to recreate data across multiple program documents. These tools will support requirements documentation, allocation, and tracking, using platforms like DOORS, SysML, or equivalent suites. These tools will enable near-real-time, integrated response to Major Command (MAJCOM) changes and inputs.
- Provide FMS case management support.
- Provide support to the Government with products in the following areas: Digital Modeling, Cameo/SysML functions, Management via Atlassian tools including Confluence/Jira, Acquisition Program Management, Draft Contract Source Selection, Configuration Management, JCIDS, DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF), Enterprise Integration, Developmental Planning.
- Provide advice and assistance to the Government with Rapid Response/Rapid Delivery, Source Selection Support, Program Communication and Reporting, Program Schedule Management and Execution, Risk Management, Contract Management Support and Technical Data Management.
- Apply knowledge of and utilize qualitative and quantitative techniques for gathering, analyzing, and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of acquisition programs.
- Assist in the performance of tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
- Plan, evaluate and implement program acquisition strategies to meet DoD 5000.2 guidance.
- Plan, research, analyze and assess system acquisition in terms of development, production and deployment of weapons systems and associated equipment; formulate plans; and recommend effective strategies in meeting cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
- Advise and assist the Government in performing source selection tasks, to include but not limited to, recommending evaluation areas, factors, sub-factors, elements and criteria; developing and administering source selection documentation; developing and analyzing acquisition strategies; developing, reviewing and finalizing reports, summaries, memorandums and briefings necessary to the source selection process; conducting proposal evaluation in a non-decision making role as an advisor (not an evaluator); analyzing and reviewing proposals; and preparing responses to the proposals.
- Develop, maintain, and update program risk management plans IAW the Risk Management Guide for DoD Acquisition, AFPAM 63-128, and the Air Force Risk Identification, Integration and Ilities (RI3) Guidebook; facilitate program risk identification, risk analysis, risk handling and risk monitoring; executing program risk management boards, risk management working groups (or equivalent), and document results. This task includes analyzing weapon system prime contractors and subcontractor risk management processes.
- Develop Business Case Analyses (IAW AFI 65-509 and AFMAN 65-510, or tailored), trade studies, any/all DoDI 5000.02 acquisition milestone documents and briefings (including 2366a/b certification), program assessments, Analyses of Alternatives (AoA) study guidance, study plans and reports, programmatic Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), market research reports, Early Strategy and Issues Sessions (ESIS), and Acquisition Strategy Panel (ASP) briefings.
- Develop program management documentation to support all phases of the acquisition life cycle.
- Assist with planning and management of a product's life cycle data requirements, which includes development and management of CDRLs and Data Item Descriptions (DIDs) and the use of databases to store and manage data.
- Develop briefings to support acquisition decision milestones.
- Support implementation and execution of Agile development and management processes in concert with Government and weapon system prime contractors and suppliers.
- Support and develop acquisition reports, including statutory and regulatory reports such as DAES and MAR.
- Support program management reviews, senior-level meetings/reviews, and IMP/IMS reviews; develop briefings and schedules of program status and acquisition tasks for senior management.
- Apply knowledge of support activities that assist the Government program manager in assessing whether programs are within schedule and cost baselines, recommend viable solutions to problems, and support the pursuit of alternative courses of action.
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of principles, policies, and practices of systems acquisition and program management, as defined in DoDI 5000.02 and DoDI 5000.75, as well as knowledge of roles and relationships within the DoD and Air Force.
- Assist with the development, maintenance, and updating of acquisition reports such as the Monthly Acquisition Report (MAR), Selected Acquisition Report (SAR), Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES), Acquisition Program Baseline (APB), and supplemental reports required by DoD policy for ACAT I, ACAT II, and ACAT III programs IAW DoDI 5000.02, AFI 63-101, AFI 63-138, AFPAM 63-128, DAFI 63-101, DAFI 63-138, and DAFPAM 63-128.
- Use standardized and specialized software applications such as DAMIR, EDA, PMRT, CRIS, and other DoD/OSD-mandated systems to support acquisition reporting, program office requirements, special interest programs, briefings, graphics, reports, and dashboard capabilities for Government decision-making and enterprise management.
- Apply comprehensive knowledge in the development of NR-KPP documentation, ISPs, IASPs, PPPs, and related DoDAF 2.2 or later architecture views; provide training on DoDAF policy, processes, procedures, and tools; and provide reach-back support across functional disciplines to support AFPEO/EB portfolio programs.
- Assist with the development of Capability Based Assessments (CBA), Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD), Capability Development Documents (CDD), Capability Production Documents (CPD), associated risk assessments, briefings, and coordination/staffing documentation.

Education, Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Secret security clearance is required.
