Neighbor

Lehi, UT

Full-time

Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, PTO

Re-posted 14 days ago

Job description

At Neighbor, we're building the largest hyperlocal marketplace the world has ever seen. We've raised over $75 million from top-tier investors such as Andreessen Horowitz and the CEOs of DoorDash, StockX, and Uber. Our marketplace is already flourishing in all 50 states and we're just getting started!

About the Role

Neighbor is growing rapidly, and we're looking for an SMB Acquisition Associate to build and own our outbound sales motion for small businesses and high-potential residential property owners. You'll develop the playbook, lead a team of 3-4 part-time interns to execute it, and partner closely with our Marketing, Data, and Host Activation teams to turn leads into successful hosts on Neighbor.

This is a rare opportunity for an early-career professional to build a sales motion from the ground up, lead a team, and own meaningful revenue outcomes at a high-growth startup.

Responsibilities
  • Target Identification: Work with our Data team to build and refine a set of high-potential host profiles. Figure out which profiles are worth going after and in what order.
  • Outreach & Management: Design and execute the sales motion (cold calling, door-to-door, digital) to convert leads. Leverage AI and lead a team of 3-4 interns to execute at scale.
  • Onboarding: Streamline the path from "interested" to "live."
  • Performance Feedback Loop: Systematically track host performance post-onboarding, using data to continuously refine targeting and outreach tactics.
  • Revenue Ownership: Own the success of the hosts you onboard; your goal will be to grow revenue.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related field. Note that post-graduate work experience is not required.
  • Track record of sales success-picking up the phone or knocking on doors to convince people to take action.
  • Ability to succeed in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.
  • Experience leading people or projects, including setting direction and keeping a team accountable.
  • Ability to leverage AI across the sales process-from prospecting and research to outreach, analysis, and workflow automation-to multiply individual impact.
Nice to haves
  • Startup or sales experience.
  • Entrepreneurial side projects or campus leadership roles.
Benefits
  • Stock options
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Generous PTO
  • 11 paid company holidays
  • 401(k) plan
  • Infant care leave
  • On-site gym/showers open 24/7
