What Youโ€™ll Do

As aย Full Desk Recruiter / Account Manager, youโ€™ll manage the end-to-end recruiting process, working closely with clients and candidates to create win-win outcomes. Responsibilities include:

  • Full lifecycle recruitment: sourcing, engaging, and placing bothย active and passive talentย using social media, professional networks, and internal databases.
  • Identifying qualified candidates and matching them to client requirements, technical skills, and company culture.
  • Managing the hiring process fromย position opening to offer stage, including onboarding support when needed.
  • Conducting pre-screening, candidate interviews, and qualification assessments.
  • Manage our CRM workflow, obtaining new business while servicing existing portfolio
  • Presenting job opportunities to attract top talent and gain referrals.
  • Acting as theย primary liaisonย between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Supporting onsite client services to ensure aย world-class candidate experience.
  • Participating in client strategy sessions and providing status updates.
  • Receivingย hands-on mentorshipย from senior recruiting professionals.
