About Goldman Sachs: Goldman Sachs Asset Management is one of the world's leading asset managers with over $3 trillion in assets under supervision. The work is deal and investor focused, with access to a wide range of businesses, industries, investment structures and investor types. The team follows the full life cycle of the deal execution process - getting involved with deal structuring, investor targeting, marketing of the investment to external clients, book-building and allocation process, negotiation with investors on terms and economics, coordination of funding and closing of the investment, as well as ongoing client updates on investment performance and coordination of investment exits alongside GS.
