FT RN ACF - East Elmhurst, NY
Monday-Friday; 7:30AM-4:00PM
Salary: $105K with $15K Sign On Bonus!!
Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor residents' health and document changes in condition
  • Coordinate care with physicians, families, and caregivers
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide basic nursing care
  • Supervise and support CNAs or caregiving staff
  • Maintain accurate medical records and compliance with regulations
  • Assist with care planning and resident assessments
  • Educate residents and families about health needs and wellness
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive living environment
Qualifications:
  • Currently licensed RN in NYS
  • Assisted living experience preferred
