We are seeking an Accounts Payable/Receivable Administrator with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. This individual will manage our accounts payable and receivable.  The position requires basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining proper accounts payable and receivable records
  • Assures account invoices are processed, payments made and collection of receivables are done in a timely manner
  • Maintains contact with the customers and vendors
  • Review records to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness
  • Monitor other store receivables and collect outstanding payments
  • File within the appropriate file system all dealership forms, records, reports, correspondence, or other important material
  • Assist Controller with all other office duties and serve as a backup where needed
  • Maintain a professional appearance and neat work area

Qualifications

  • Previous dealership experience preferred
  • Previous AP/AR experience required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite
  • CDK experience a plus
  • Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
