Job description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Clerk in Tyler, TX.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience handling invoice processing and financial recordkeeping in a fast-paced office environment.
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour, Weekly Pay
Responsibilities
  • Process and verify invoices for payment
  • Match purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents
  • Maintain accurate vendor records and payment files
  • Reconcile statements and resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Assist with month-end closing tasks
  • Data Entry
  • Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
  • Perform data entry and maintain financial documentation
  • Support the accounting department with additional administrative duties as needed

Qualifications
  • Previous accounts payable or accounting experience preferred
