Job description

Summertown Metals is looking for a motivated individual for our Accounts Payable position. This is a full-time position that comes with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, STD, LTD, 401K, vacation and PTO.

Job duties include, but are not limited to

o Execute all aspects of the accounts payable function for both STMC amp; STM

o Maintain vendors list

o Receive invoices and route for approval

o Enter invoices into the ERP systems and process check runs

o Maintain filing system for all payments made

o Keeping accurate files of all accounts’ payable payments

o Taking the initiative in disputing/resolving vendor invoicing issues

o Other ad hoc requests as assigned

o Vendor credit applications

o Other projects as assigned

o Provide Support/Backup for accounts payable to Summertown Metals Construction/Contracting entities

o Assist with 1099s

o Any other responsibilities or tasks as needed
