ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

  • Invoicing & Billing: Generate and send customer invoices and statements
  • Payment Processing: Record customer payments (checks, transfers), make bank deposits, and apply funds to accounts.
  • Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile customer accounts and identify discrepancies, researching and resolving them.
  • Collections: Follow up on overdue accounts, contact customers about late payments, and potentially negotiate payment plans.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate customer records, invoices, payment history, and financial files.
  • Customer Service: Address customer questions about bills, payments, and accounts.
  • Reporting: Assist with month-end closing activities and generate financial reports as needed.
