Enagic Accounting Clerk position at our headquarter branch location in Torrance, CA. Enagic is a Japan-based leading manufacturer of alkaline ionizers and water filtration machines. Enagic distributes its products through a network of independent contractor sales represents through a multilevel (network) marketing business model.

Job Summary
We are seeking a detailed oriented and analytical Accounting Clerk to join our finance team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring
compliance with accounting principles and regulations. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the
financial health of our organization while developing professional skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cas
h flow statements
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and year-end account reconciliations
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and company
policies
• Assist in special projects and financial analyses as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in accounting or related financial role
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
