Job description

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Assistant to join our team. This position supports the day-to-day accounting operations and is ideal for someone with bookkeeping or accounting experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Enter invoices and maintain accurate accounting records
  • Reconcile bank statement, billing and provide support to the Accounting Department.
  • Prepare financial reports and spreadsheets
  • Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing and payments
  • Perform general administrative and accounting support as needed


Qualifications:


  • 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
  • AP Experience Preferred
  • JE, Bank Reconciliaations, GL, Financial statements experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.


Hours: Monday - Friday, from 10 am - 2 pm.
