Job description

Interim Accounting Manager / Controller

We are seeking a hands-on accounting leader with prior Controller experience to support a well-established organization during a key transition. This onsite role will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end close, internal controls, and team leadership.

Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Controller or senior accounting leader
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
  • Experience managing accounting teams and driving month-end/year-end close processes
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
  • CPA
  • Experience in multi-entity or complex corporate environments
  • Background in interim, consulting, or transformation engagements
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
  • Proven success in a Controller or comparable leadership role
Additional Information
  • Immediate start preferred
  • Minimum three-month engagement
  • Onsite presence required approximately four days per week
